Forward Deployed Engineer (San Francisco)
Landlord AI is building the AI workforce for the service industry. We are growing 30% month on month, and our customers like our product so much that they have even invested their own money into us. We are looking for an exceptional forward deployed engineer to work embedded with our customers and get each one's AI employee live and working.
What you'll do
- Work embedded with each new customer to connect their AI employee to their management software, phone line, WhatsApp and email
- Teach it each operator's units, prices and policies, and check its first conversations
- Turn every problem a customer hits into a fix in the product
What you bring
- Experience shipping software that people use every day
- Patience with customers, and a knack for finding the real problem behind a request
- Fluency with AI tools
- Fluent English
