So I'm James Bonny, I'm the owner of Bonny’s Self Storage. I've been in the industry now for 13 years, we're now at six sites, soon to be a seventh.
As a business owner I was 24/7 taking calls. Obviously there's times where you're not available, you're in the gym, you're on holiday, you're in the shower and I was starting to miss calls. You miss out on the customer because they end up going with someone else who does answer the phone.
So one example the Alex AI helped me with was basically we had a customer who was stuck at a site, their app wasn't working. Alex then verified that customer via their phone number and a secure pin that he sent to them. Once they read that back to Alex, she then knew it was genuine, released the unit for them.
