Landlord AI is building the AI workforce for the service industry. We are growing 30% month on month, and our customers like our product so much that they have even invested their own money into us. We are looking for an exceptional AI engineer to make our AI employees better at their jobs.
What you'll do
- Improve how our AI employees reason, talk and use tools on real calls, WhatsApps and emails
- Measure their quality on real conversations and fix what you find
- Cut the number of conversations that need a human to step in
What you bring
- Experience building products on large language models
- A habit of judging changes on real conversations, not demos
- Fluency with AI tools
- Fluent English
